Movie and TV-filming, as well as photography for commercial and non-commercial purposes is allowed on the premises of the Library only with the permission of the Directorate. The permission may be obtained after completing an application.  Please submit your application no later than three working days before the intended date of photography and/or filming. Please e-mail your completed application to biblioteka@mab.lt. Applications are approved within two working days.

ATTENTION!

Political advertisement and other activities related to political campaigns, weddings, and presentations of clothing collections or accessories may not be photographed nor filmed in the Wroblewski Library.

Application is required:

• From natural and/or legal persons who wish to photograph and/or film on the premises of the Wroblewski Library for the purposes of advertising, marketing and other non-personal purposes;
• From natural and/or legal persons who wish to photograph and/or film on the premises of the Wroblewski Library with professional equipment or a professional team of photographer or another professional team for personal purposes (personal, family, or other similar professional photo sessions, work by student photographers).

Application is not required:

• From natural and/or legal persons (media representatives, photographers, etc.) who wish to photograph and/or film open events run on the premises of the Wroblewski Library;
• From natural and/or legal persons (media representatives, photographers, etc.) who wish to photograph and/or film employees of the Wroblewski Library for publicity purposes as interviewees. In this case, it is sufficient to e-mail the information to biblioteka@mab.lt;
• From media representatives who wish to photograph and/or film at the main entrance of the Wroblewski Library. In this case, media representatives must submit a request by e-mail to biblioteka@mab.lt and receive a confirmation that they may come to photograph and/or film. Such requests must be submitted on weekdays, at least 24 hours before the start of photography or filming.

We would like to stress that filming and photography associated with any activities not related to the usual activities of the Library or damaging to the prestige of the Library, or to the dignity and honor of its employees, or to their safety, health, work, etc., is strictly prohibited.

Photography and filming in the common areas of the Library:

• For non-commercial purposes: free;
• For non-commercial purposes:  1 hour – 10 to 1000 EUR (depending on the area of the Library required for photography or filming) (Services Price List).
