General and Periodicals Reading Rooms

Opening hours:
Monday to Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
The reading room:
- has 35 study seats, 5 of which are computer workstations (Rules for Computer Use);
- provides options for scanning documents and printing copies (Services Price List);
- offers Wi-Fi access.
Materials available:
- items from the Main Collection – books and periodicals (the Library’s Catalogue)
- journals and newspapers published in Lithuania and other countries in the current year;
- Reference materials and frequently-requested items stored in the open stacks of the Reading Room;
- Items from the Group-Processed Documents Collection.
Readers are welcome:
- to use subscription and open access databases;
- to save retrieved information to a personal data storage device;
- to use the Internet, to send and receive e-mail, and to use Microsoft Office applications.
